Why? actually its good idea for both players and admins, and its not rly overrated at all since at least 7 ppl need PA in 9 ppl pt.

For me i just don't want pay for play on server which can be closed for some reason in any moment and where i will play for short time.
Their PA give too much boost on server's start (PC point that give buff and weapon). So w\o PA u will suck hard 
(and cuz of that anyone should buy pa who wanna play on the top - where u saw private server with pay to play system ? )

Its not rly pay to play system, x5 on h5 its mid rate actually, like i said u need at least 7 ppl in pt with PA and i dont think that every pt will have every member with PA.

sabaton there is no shadow weapons for pc points on this server it was only during event time on l2ru, on korean retail there is pc points all the time and there is no such weapons only cocktails, hats and buffs, tp are too but no one use it. have u clan btw? squig here :}

imo vitality hats are more imba than that PA
and there is only 33% more exp on PA (on l2ru we have +50% ) i compare 0 lvl vit,
huge difference is only on 4lvl vit, but who care we are playing 4fun x0x0x0xo xD
