Interesting Contract Law Topics for Research

So, I been thinking about this, like, what are actually interesting and doable pockets within contract law that would work well for academic research? I mean suitable areas, not just broad stuff, and like where you can still keep a paper focused. And I'm also looking for legal issues that are pretty current, like unfolding right now, or at least in the last few years. If anybody has ideas, I'd really appreciate specific contract law research paper topics, and also a short take on why they're worth exploring, because honestly the "why" part is always where I get stuck.
