We incorrectly communicated to Sace that all Territory War related items would be kept, but in fact, only the items purchased with Territory War badges were kept, and badges were removed. We are very sorry for this miscommunication. "Link as you can see the player base is not happy and there has been no other response from NCSoft regarding this matter, but when it comes to money they are quick to response and fix the problemSite will open again after:NCSoft remove the botsNCSoft return our items again and make an public apology on their siteI am starting to get tired of doing NCSoft's job of holding a website about their game up to date when they treat their customers like trash and don't even bother with their own site that is nearly 3 years outdated (even more in some areas)
