Mogło też być tak, że ktoś coś kupił na rynku, co było wybocone i log zaprowadził GMa do was... jest mnóstwo możliwości.

Możesz wytłumaczyć? Chcesz mi powiedzieć że poleciał ban na 4-5 party kont za kupienie czegoś na rynku?

Nie twierdzę, że tak było w waszym przypadku, ale istnieje taka możliwość... to wszystko zależy od tego jak dokładnie byliście sprawdzani.

Wszystko było proste, problem w tym że nie mamy jak skontaktować się z adminem Wszystkie konta zostały pobanowane a grze jak i na forum, bany na IP, bany HWID
Może kojarzysz streamera badjoke, wczoraj próbował sie skontaktowac z adminem, nawet były tworzone tematy z dużym odzewem za nami itd, admin odpisał mu tylko w grze że to nie jego sprawa i niech lepiej martwi się swoimi rzeczami po czym tematy zostały usunięte

I want to make some things clear, things related to what happened yesterday when we reached 2200 online, which was our highest number of players since we've opened Evoke. I am very proud of this community but in same time there are some community members that are only aiming to destroy our work, things which are not allowed by us.
 
I want to start with the beginning, from the opening day until the last night, this "well-known" Icarus clan has caused us a lot of trouble and constant trouble. Most of our community reported various activities related to this clan, activities that endangered our work, our server and everyone's time.
 
Do not think for a moment that we did not know that they use those programs and client editors to move the game in their favor. We knew from the very beginning, but we did not consider it a serious problem in the early days of the server and also didn't ignore the community, simply we were waiting for a moment when we can caught them in "off-side". We caught their attention first and talked directly with their leader, if we can call him a leader. In my opinion, their leader is a bandit leader who has found another way to make money, other than the well-known version of "pay us to play on your server".
 
I assume that many of you have noticed that we, the L2Evoke team, have been very kind to you, very welcoming, very tolerant, we have tried to understand your points of view, where we did mistakes, we repaired them and admitted there was something wrong. Exactly the same we did with the Icarus clan, we did not want them to be exonerated from our server, they did it on their own, they broke our rules, they spoke phlegmatically with us, they could not discuss on the forum, like all of you do, but only on Skype, and because we did not give this information about our Skype addresses, they decided to stop talking to us just when they were in the mood. For example they start to discuss with us after we banned 2 bots from their clan, before paying the fee to unbann their bot accounts, they threatened us they will leave and the server will die after few days, because their "bot clan" will leave and there will be no more competition. (competition on bot, I assume)
 
Well, it does not work that way, but again we have been lenient and forgiven their attitude, not for "who they are as a clan", but for the mere fact that we overlook certain words or behavioral problems of some of you. From my point of view, they have not even 20 members in that so-called clan, they're just a gang of mercenaries who play for money (Real money trade). Everything means money to them! If a new server opens, for them it is an unspeakable happiness, it is exactly like when a new job is released and looking for "employees".
 
Keep in mind that we did not create this game for others to do business on our hard work, we did not create this server for money or robot software such as: clickers, wallhacks, auto assists, bot programs etc. This project was created with a lot of dedication from us, with a lot of attention and care for a community of players who are interested in playing for a long time and who want to help us, to be optimistic that everything will be alright, to be happy on what server they are playing and in same time to consider it a home.
 
This "famous Icarus clan" believed from the beginning that we are some sort of amateurs who opened a server first time, some second-hand developers who will not realize that they actually played with their main characters and they were Streaming on Twitch, and behind this, they created a new clan named "NC, leaded  by Duster" , a clan in which they were the same people but with other names, another clan name, totally different, characters that were full of Adena and items.
 
I made this topic for you because somebody was very frustrated last night that we also banned other players from the Icarus clan, players who did not deserve to be punished because they did not know what was going on. Let's be serious ... this clan claiming that it has over 100 players, presented with ten players doing botting and selling Adena and items to our players from the server, you want to tell me that nobody in this clan did not know what was going on there? I find it hard to believe this, I am convinced that everyone knew, and even if they knew and did not take part in these activities, they had to announce us not to keep their mouth shut and to claim that nothing was happening, they should not Share the accounts between them, and everyone should mind of their business.
 
There are many many things that come in my mind when I made this post, and because of this I might forgot to mention other things. One of the most frustrating things is that instead of "wasting" my time to write about "the late night show" we could have prepare other things for the server, fixing the reported issues, preparing new events and so on. Yesterday we had "Couple Event" which was postponed because of them, because we found them doing RMT, now we're still banning them on forum, game and other places just because they cannot believe that we actually caught them and they simply cannot pass it.
 
That being said, we made the final decision to ban all the Icarus clan, all the members of the NC clan and not only, we also banned all their clan or clan characters, personal characters that were not shared, level 1 characters to level 70+ everything they created and recorded on each email, each IP, each HWID. More than 100 accounts and over 200 characters.

To już podsumowało całą tą wypowiedź. Nie mam nic więcej do dodania prócz tego że chyba za mocny towar braliśmy widząć całe CP od NC na naszym ts3 Szkoda, że admin nie chce wyjaśnic całej sytuacji z kMr'em.

Znam tego kMr... poleci tam, gdzie mu więcej zapłacą za streama. Nie pierwszy server gdzie wyleciał z hukiem.

aaa ze zalozylem konto z maila *****[email protected] bo to jest mój 2 e-mail i z niego korzystałem żeby nie zakładać osobnego maila pod konto w grze. Kiedyś to było firmowe które zmieniłem na prywatne. Lol to konto używam na wszystkich serwerach od 4 lat i nigdy nie dostałem za to bana. Znaleźli powód bo sprzedałem komputer, kilka gier na konsole, jakieś prywatne pierdoły ale nigdy nic z gry. Połowa ludzi ma maila i na pewno konto na allegro też pod niego założone tylko nie ma w nazwie allegro.
Na zdrowy rozsądek czy gdybym planował opychać rzeczy na allegro to sam bym się podkładał? Gratulacje pomysłowości

każdy może sobie sprawdzić czy coś było sprzedane lub niesprzedane z tego konta w zakończonych aukcjach. Pajace jakich mało wystarczy użyć alternatywnego konta (trochę nieprzemyślane ale nigdy nikt się tego nie czepiał) żeby dostać bana.

Nie wspomnę, że ostatnio logowałem się żeby coś kupić 25 maja czyli chyba przed wstaniem serwera. GL

Z tego konta allegro nie wynika za duzo bo historie mozna sprawdzic do miesiac wstecz ale tak jest.

Po co takie ataki? Nie to nie. Walczyłem o to konto bo serwer mi się naprawdę podobał i nie ma nic lepszego w tej chwili. Ja wiem swoje bo nic nie sprzedawałem i nie chciałem sprzedawać a dostałem bana. Gram dla relaxu i nie będę zakładał wielu maili po to żeby się pobawić. Z takim nastawieniem się sami wykończą a wy się cieszcie jak za kilka tygodni zostanie online 200 osób i będzie większy fun. Możecie myśleć co chcecie bo mnie to nie rusza i prędzej bym pisał jakie kokosy potrafię zarobić na tej grze gdybym robił RMT a nie tłumaczył się. Zarabiam w inny sposób i nie marnował bym wolnego czasu dla zarabiania paru złotych grając. Chciałem grać, jestem uczciwy, nie chcą mnie to trudno są inne rzeczy do robienia. Rozumiem, że można było mieć obawy przez maila ale to nie ma tak naprawdę znaczenia bo można mieć maila milenka***.wp.pl i też konto na allegro. Myślę, że co najmniej 50% kont jest założona z mailem różnych stron sprzedażowych tylko nie ma tego w treści. Powinno się blokować sprzedających a nie maile i takie jest moje zdanie. Wymyślają jakieś HWID i że 7 kont a nikt nie ma moich haseł ani dostępu do mojego komputera chyba że zdalnie się włamał? Wiem co robiłem i nie trzeba ze mnie robić głupka. Jak dla mnie równie dobrze mógł napisać, że nie ma ze mnie interesu to mnie zbanował bo wiem, że to co mi pisze to jakieś bzdury.
Serwer fajny więc grajcie i bawcie się dobrze.

Ja Cb nie atakuje, trzeba miec po prostu "mozg", zeby grac na prywatnym serwerze, gdzie RMT jest popularny w L2 (ale banowalny).... na koncie email z allegro...

Nie mozna bylo w 30sec gmaila zalozyc?

Wiesz dlaczego OFICJALE L2 byly/sa/beda zapchane botami? Dlatego, ze jako "customer" oni nie moga ot tak Cb zbanowac, nawet jak botujesz, firma musi Ci cos udowodnic w wiekszosci wypadkow i mozesz sie odwolywac...



W praktyce, widac czy ktos oszukuje - ale znalezienie solidnego dowodu nie jest juz takie proste.... (np. Adrenalina jest nie wykrywalna, mozna tylko zauwazyc ing czy ktos uzywa).
Na szczescie to jest prywatny serwer i moga Cb zbanowac ot tak, jak botujesz i nic ci specjalnie udowadniac nie musza.  - Dlatego prywatne serwery maja potencjal do banowania botow i fair playu.
