DYNAMIC RATES/LEVEL CAP
- For the first 10 days level limit = 76, after that no level cap (10 days or when 100 chars get level 76, whatever happens first)
- After day 10 XP/SP rates increase to chars below lvl 76 to x5
- At ~2 month rates increase to chars>76 to x7 and to x10 <=76
- At ~4 month rates increase to all chars in in view of a possible merge [subject to consideration/voting at the moment in time]
