These changes made it into CT2-FINAL gold, they are the complete effects of each prophecy. Anything not mentioned here was dropped from the skill effect.

11 . Combat Related


11.1 Evasion and Critical Changes

    * Under PVP Conditions, raising evasion will give a higher chance to evade physical attacks. (I guess it means evasion is more important in pvp now)
    * Under PVP conditions, evasion classes will take more damage when under attack


11.2 Magic Critical Changes

    * Under PVP conditions, magic critical damage is decreased from 3x to 2.5 the damage.


11.3 Definition of PVP (i.e. when the game considers that you're PVPing)

    * Player vs Player
    * Player vs Summon or Pet
    * Player vs Player under transformation sklill



12 . Skills

12.1 Skill Learn requirement changes

    The following lvl 80- skills

        * Skills/Spells that require you to learn from a skill trainer will not *not* require a spell/skill book
        * Skills that you learn straight from a book (e.g. combo buffs) will remain the same

    lvl 81+ skills

        * All Unique (as in all but the 3 general protection ones) skills is now obtainable *only* from the new Olympiad Store using Olympiad Coins.
        * All the [general] skillbooks will be obtainable by fighting dungeon bosses

12.2 Changes to learn level of skills

    The old lvl81+ skills will have the following skill learn level changes

        * Occupation skills: lvl 81 (e.g. knights, archers, buffers are all occupations)
        * Class skills: lvl 82
        * Common skills: lvl83

    Skill books obtained prior to the patch will remain learnable at lvl 81

12.3 New Skills (81+)

    Negate Magic (lvl 81)

        * Mdef increase by 100% for 20min
        * Knights

    Ultimate Secret (lvl 81)

        * Increase PVP physical damage by 30% for 30s

    Dual Dagger Mastery (Lv.81)

        * Increase patk when using dual daggers

        * Shoot 7 consecutive arrows at target, can shoot a maximum of 7 times

    Revelation(Nuker)(Lv.81)

        * Increase matk 40%, casting speed 50%, magic critcal 50%, decrease mp consumption 90%, 20s duration

        * Healing strength Increase by 40%, casting speed increase by 50%, magic critical increase by 50%, decrease mp consumption by 90%

[CT2-FINAL] Olympiad Format Change

3 on 3 Competition.

Olympiad rewards include L81 and L83 books.

I will update this post after dinner.

The update:

    * New Olympiad Open Competition Mode allowing two teams of 3 to battle.
    * In this combat format, the teams are responsible for their own buffs.
    * No resurrection skills are permitted.
    * Standard Item limitations are imposed for this arena format.
    * Victory is determined based on the last team standing.
    * Old nobless gatepasses can be exchanged for the new "olympic copper".
    * Winners of this arena format do not accrue standard nobless gate passes but gain "Olympic Coppers" that are used to redeem prizes:


Prizes include:

    * Rare L81/83 skill books.
    * Warrior instant restoration agents.
    * Warriors Shirts.
    * Olympiad Warrior Rings
    * Olympiad Warrior Earrings
    * Olympiad Warrior Necklace


Olympic Copper rewards per match type:

1v1. Open Competition == 30 Coins
1v1. Class based Competition == 40 Coins
3v3. Open Group Competition == 50 Coins

Other changes:
At the end of any olympiad match, any skill with a base reset timer of greater then 30 minutes is instantly reset.

[CT2-FINAL] Skill cooldown and Summoner Changes

Seems like Korean PTS only got the "skillcooldown -> 1/4" this day,
the following are additional changes to skill cooldowns

Skills that affect skill/magic cooldown:
- Quick Recovery - 30% -> 20%
- Song of Renewal - 30% -> 20%
- Song of Champion - 30% -> 10%
- Blessing of Saggitarius - 30% -> 20%
- Augmentation skill that affects cooldown - 30% -> 15%

Following skills have cooldowns decreasedby 1.2 seconds:
- blaze, twister, aqua swirl, death spike, hurricane, tempest, aqua slash, ice dagger, ice wall, [dunno what this is <_< ]

Following skills have 15min added to their cooldown:
- Chant of Victory, Paagrio of Victory, Chant of Magnus, Ultimate Defense, Ultimate Evasion, Vengeance, Shield of Faith

Following skills have 10min added to cooldown:
- guts、frenzy、decoy、矢之顫聲、quiver of arrow、summon key、summon cursed bone、summon cp pot [I think the first 2 are the 2 nobless party buff skills, not sure]

Hide Skill:
- after using hide skill, movement decreases by 30%, 3min cooldown

Summons changes:
Summons now share the attribute of their master
- 100% of defensive attribute is given to summon and summoner
- 80% of offensive attribute is given to summon, 20% to summoner

07 . Hunting Grounds

7.1 Gracia & Seeds
Gracia is this updates newest hunting area, within it are new hunting areas we will now call 'seeds', they are buildings summoned from another dimension by Followers of Shillien, they are also the reason why Gracia is now in a state of chaos, the defeated inhabitants of Gracia requested assistance from Elmore and hence we have the [Gracia Alliance], ready to retaliate.



7.2 Indestructable Seed

    * The indestructable seed is located on the North Side of Gracia Continent, because this seed is occupied by the "Immortal [insert name of boss here]", he is a minion of Shillien and is immortal
    * LVL 75+ instanced zone
    * Can enter the Indestructable Seed via [some area name]
    * Seed can be divided int [core of pain] , [core of decay] and [core of indestructibility], players must capture theses areas and in the end defend these areas from retaliation
    * You can obtain S82 and S84 items via quests here
    * When you capture a point one can start collecting parts used to make [attrubute stones??]

    Capture ORder

       1. attack「core of pain」、「core of decay」
       2. attack「core of indestructibility」
       3. capture finished
       4. defend「core of pain」
       5. defend「core of pain」、「core of decay」
       6. defend「core of indestructibility」
7.3 Destruction Seed

    * Located on the west side of Gracia, occupied by [name] of the [dragon rider army], [name] has great destructive powers with his dragon rider army, using this almost perfect army, built this great construction (the seed)
    * LVL 75+ isntaence zone
    * You can enter this area from [the secret blah blah area]
    * can obtain S82 and S84 items via quests
    * When you capture a point one can start collecting parts used to make [attrubute stones??]

    Dragon race invasion

        * Players must fight like they are seiging a castle. Destroy the gates and the crystals then kill [name] and you will have succesfully invaded
        * Players can form groups of consisting of up to 45 LVL 75 players to enter this instanced zone
        * Players can obtain more information from the [name of npc] NPC


    When Gracia Alliance Captures the area

        * This state means players have already conquered the [Destruction Fortress] and can fdo whatever they want inside
        * Players can fight [dragon army prisoners] via the prison guard
        * To gather intel on dragon army's retailation attack, players must send out recon units to the surrounding areas to observe enemy movement


    When Graci Alliance is defending

        * After capturing the destruction fortress, the dragon army will make retailiation attack, players much join the Gracia Alliance in the defense, there is no limit to the # of players who can join
        * When the battle starts, You cannot enter the Destruction Seed
        * Players must protect the [Destruction Seed Control Device] against the dragon army from destroying it
        * If defense fails, the Dragon Army will reclaim the fortress and Destruction seed
        * Players can see the status of the Destruction Fortress via the mini map


7.4 Arial Hunting Grounds

    * Players can use a flying transformation in Gracia, various locations will have [Ariel Hunting Leaders] that allows players to hunt
    * Players can receive various quests the will take you up to the skies
    * When fighting in air, monster drops will automatically go into a player's inventory, and will not be droped to the ground


7.5 Hunting Grounds Changes

Valakas (I think)

    * To encourage more variety in classes participating, monster AI will have more variations and randomness
    * When Valaks is going nuts and randomly attacking players, Valakas will attack knights with a higher chances
    * Added new ranged attacks, including spells against healers and AoE attacks
    * Valakas's defense and offense will change according the ratio of ranged and melee charaters present; when there are more melee, Valakas's pdef and mdef will drop significantly; when there are more ranged, Valakas's attack power will increase alot.
    * Changed Valakas's lair's terrain, removing surrounding mountain formations


Silent Valley

    * Increased hunting efficiency of melee characters
    * Monsters will drop herbs
    * Monsters will not attack summons and pets, and only attack the player
    * When hunting, there's a chance a [Ancient Chest] will drop, guards will spawn along with the chest; these guards will be very strong, one will have to observe the guards' weaknesses and traits to obtain the treasure chest.

Swamp of Screams

    * increased hunting efficiency of melee classes
    * monsters will drop herbs

Lucky Monster

    * the [Lucky Monster] will randomly appear in [Valley of Saints, Forst of the Dead, Dino Island, Silent Valley]
    * killing this lucky monster gives a chance to give a [pretty good reward]

[CT2-FINAL] Territory Wars

01 . Territory Wars


Territory Wars are battles focused around clan and individual players


1.1 Territory
A territory consists of the entire area of a city, including residences, [something], fortresses, castle areas; basically everything that players can take over and benefit from.


1.2 Territory Borderlines

    There are 9 territorial areas:
    gludio、dion、giran、oren、aden、innadril、goddard、rune、 schuttgart

1.3 Territory Announcement

Annoucement Conditions

    * After a castle seige, the clan that owns the castle will automatically announce occupation of the territory of the castle

After announcement a [Territory Management] NPC will appear in the castle

    * Can collect various quest rewards and gain access to a special shop

After announcement a [Mercenary General] NPC will appear outside the frontgate of the castle

    * Normal players can purchase mercenary transformation scrolls from the NPC to participate in the territory battle
    * Once a player completes cetina quests as a mercenary, the player can upgrade into a better mercenary
    * Can buy battleground consumuption items here


1.4 Territory Ownership Announcement

After the territory announcement, the occupying clan can start the [Destiny of Ownership(I made the name up :P)] quest, the following should be noted regarding the ownership announcement

    Ownership announcment conditions

        * Fortress(es) in the territory (except border outposts) need to be aligned with the castle
        * Completed quest [Destiny of Ownership]
        * Must announce ownership 2 hours before a teritorial war

    After announcing ownership

        * Becoming owner is a requirement for upgrading to clan level 11
        * All NPCs will have the owner's clan tag next to their names
        * the Maximum Sale of seeds and purchase of crops increased by 10%

    Lost of ownership

        * Disolution of clan
        * Lost of the territory's castle

    After th lost of ownership, all ownership effects will disappear (clan level 11 too? i dunno)


1.5 Territorial War

    Pre-war phase

        * Teritorial war week will be in sync with castle seige weeks, i.e. occur in the same week, and will happen once every other week
        * Territory War will occur at 8-10pm on saturdays (because of this change saturday seiges will be moved to sundays)

    Start of Territory War

        * The start of territory war has no relationship to ownership of the territory, once the time has come to start, it will start

    Registration to battle

        * One can approach a given territory's [Mercenary General] NPC in front of castle to register
        * You can register as an individual or as a clan
        * Clan registration: Clan members with the right permissions can register the entire clan to the war via the Clan Window
        * Individual Registration: Can approach the NPC to register
        * Must register 2 hours ahead of the war
        * Owner of the territory will be automatically registered

    Territory War begins

        * Once the war starts, all fortresses and castles will become battle grounds
        * Unregistered players within these battlefield areas will be teleported out of the areas
        * Ower of territory and their alliance can set up flags and advance flags within a battle ground
        * Other participating clans can setup flags (only normal ones)
        * Castle and fortress gates are not attackable
        * 10 minutes before a war, you can setup seige channels (you used ^ to chat)
        * Seige channels will close 10min after war
        * When war starts, castles will spawn a relic, fortresses will have catipults
        * If there are more than 1 contracts between castle and fortresses in the territory, defending NPCs will have better gear

    Rules

        * Similar to seiging, there will be 3 different forces [my army / enemy army / neutral]
        * registered clan and alliance will be considered [my army]
        * all other registered players are [enemy army]
        * unregistered players are [neutral]
        * Registered players will have a flag above their heads, display their relationship to you
        * Players cannot force attack [my army]
        * PLayers can directly attack [enemy army] and [neutral]
        * 범위 공격은 타겟의 ‘아군’과 ‘무’관계 대상에게 데미지를 입힙니다.(untranslated)
        * PK count will not increase in battle ground
        * Clans in war with each other will not increase PK count either
        * Unregistered players leaving battle areas will have purple names for 120s
        * Registered players will not drop items or gain death penalty when dying in battle grounds
        * Unregistered players will suffer normal death penalties
        * Registered users have the following revival spots:
          clan hall, closest village, clan area[no idea], frontal base

1.6 Frontal Base

    * Castle Owner can build a frontal base
    * CLan leader will use 120 B Gemstones to create base
    * Can only build 1 base, but you can demolish base and rebuild it at another location
    * Base cannot be destroyed
    * Area surrounding the base will give [my army] an additional 100% HP and MP regen rate
    * [my army] can revive at frontal base at death
    * after end of war base wil dissapear automatically


1.7 Vitory Conditions

Territory Holy Relic

    * At start of war Relic will appear at castles
    * After entering the castle and destroying an enemy's relic, you can take the enemy's relic
    * Once you take their relic to [my army]'s frontal base you gain control of the relic
    * After gaining control of the relic, the enemy's relic will respawn at [my army]'s castle
    * After taking the enemy's reli, it's position will be displayed on the minimap
    * if the player holding the replic dies or disconnects, the relic will drop to the ground

    in short: capture the flag. You take the flag from castle to frontal base. blah blah blha i'm not sure

Catapults

    * Catapults will appear at fortresses when war starts
    * Catapults can be destroyers by enemy players
    * Once a catapult is destroyed, all remaining NPC defenses will dissapear, castle doors will over and fortress defensive are deactivated


1.8 Mercenary
Usage Requirements

    * Except for castle owning alliance members, all registered players can participate as a mercenary

Change of character name

    * Players can purchase a [some item name] from Mercenary General (this item changes your name and appearance)
    * Can use 10 minutes before war, will revert back to normal 10muinutes after war
    * Normal chat and shout chat will display your fake name
    * Warning! Trade and party windows will show your true name
    * If player dies or disconnects, the fake name will remain
    * When using fake appearance, one cannot common craft, dwarven craft or setup store.

Mercenary Transformation

    * When a war starts, lvl 40 and above players can purchase a mercenary transformation scroll from Mercenary General
    * You cannot gain xp or sp while transformed to this state, nor can you obtain xp via partying, but can gain fame
    * ifyou complete the [Way of a Mercenary] quest, you can purchase a better transformation
    * Tansformation duration is 30min, death will not cancel the transformation

Limitations

    * Red players (including players with demonic weapons) and olympiad participants cannot use this transformation


1.9 Rewards
Territorial Abilities

    * Different territories give different territorial abilities
    * After war, all clan members (except academy members) will gain their respective territory abilities
    * The abilities will be affected be the relics you have obtaiend and the number of them you have obtained.
    * If you have 1 relic in aden castle you gain 1 ability, if you get N relicks you will gain N abilities
    * Territorial Abilities table:

Territory Wars are battles focused around clans or individuals


2.1 Clan Level up


    * Max clan level increased to 11
    * Clan Level 11 requirements: 75000 Clan Fame + 170 Clan members + owner of territory



2.2 Order of Knights

    * At clan level 11, Each Order of Knights Capacity increased to 30



2.3 Additional Clan Skills


    * Clan lvl 11 skills

      lvl3 Clan Fame 13200 + Earth Egg x 10 盟誓-奮戰不懈 (I think pdef)

3.1 Change of Seige Dates

Due to the introduction of Territory Wars, Saturday seiges will be moved to sunday. Seige times will stay the same, i.e. current sunday ones at 4-6pm preciously saturday ones at 8-10pm

Skill Enchant System changes
- XP consumed for skill enchant reduced to 1/10 (note: doesn't say SP but I'm assuming it does from the next line)
- XP/SP consumed for Safe Skill Enchant reduced to 1/6
Current Skill enchant effects changes:
- War Cry (prev: increase war cry effect, now: increase patk statically)
- Drains - Power (added: life leech effect increased)
- Hell Knight, Warsmith, Necromancer. Over enchanting summons will give a 10% xp penalty, this penalty will dissapear after lvl 80.
- Hate-type skills, if enchanted for power, will increase hate power effect (???)
New Skill Enchant effects:
- Additional enchant options, including a PVP-oriented [Combat] enchant option


12.7 Existing Skill Changes
- All skills cooldown decreased to 1/4 but unaffected by casting/attack speed
- when healing, if skill mastery (i.e. the lvl 77 skill everyone gets) is toggled, the healing effect will increase 3-fold
- the 2 bow/bowgun skills the do more damage when low HP (I think it's the PR and Trickster one) is changed to a 'Frenzy'-type skill (I assume it means you can only use when low hp)
- Increased following success rate: backstab, deadly blow, lethal blow, critical blow, blinding blow
- Knight-type classes' normal attacks have additional hate
- Summoners gain MP when doing normal attacks (like prophets??)
- Inspect skills cooldown/duration changes:
- Appetite for Destruction, Vampiric Impulse, Protection Instinct, Magic Impulse: Cool down decreased to 1/2, duration increased by 15s
- (all the debuffs): duration increased by 60s
- (I think restoration): duration incrased by 15s
- Kamael Race have increased defense against critical attacks: decreased chance to *get* critical hitted, decrease critical damage received
- The following skills will remove buffs that affect the same type of stat (maybe not prophecies... unconfirmed):
- warrior bane, mage bane, mass warrior bane, mass mage bane, block windwalk, block sheild, mass block windwalk, mass block shield
- OL clan buffs now affects party members too
- .... not sure... but I think its: fatal strike's (maybe it's hammer crush) power increased, has chance to lethal
- hate and hate aura now gives the caster maximum hate value, aginst players chance to change target increased by 90%
- judgement and tribunal have added effects: Decrease pdef against melee weapons
- skill name change...
- sacrifice skills: removed <75% limit to ability to cast. Reduced HP cost, increased success rate (I think i got soemthing wrong here)
- Following skills have reduced hate values:
- greater heal, greater group heal, major heal, major group heal
- Following skills are now learned at 82 instead of 81 (if you've learnt it already it will remain):
- the 3 protection skills
- Skills added to following classes:
- 6th sense: hell knight, pheonix knight, eva templar, shillien templar
- detect weakness: duelist, dreadnought, grand khavitari, titan, meastro, fortune seeker, doombringer, soul hound
- vampiric mist added debuff effect
- shadow step will take you behind the target
- <skill name> changed to lvl 80 skill, can learn directly from skill trainer
- <something armour skill> increased effect, duration changed to 5min, cooldown is 1hour
- healing skills casting duration decreased (i.e. faster cast speed)
- focus attack changed to toggle skill
- lure, hate value increased
- using toggle skills will not interrupt player movement (finally!!)
- changed look of skill description display window
- changed sound effect of poison blade dance
- new graphic animations:
- real target, death mark, warrior skills, invincible-type skills

kazdy wie ze tanki ownuja wszystko i wszystkich wiec trzeba im nerfa zrobic zeby za mocni juz nie byli :oops:

+15 min cd do cova .....  chyba konczy sie era cov party a zaczyna pof party :D ....cov raz na 20 minut czy pof non stop? jeszcze niech olkowi dadza cop-a (albo propowi) i wc stanie sie bezuzyteczny prawie jak se :D

Niektóre informacje tutaj są nieaktualne.

UD/Vengeance/UE etc. mają stały reuse 15 min, nie zwiększony o 15.

CoV i jemu podobne buffy mają stały reuse 5 min.

Wszystkie skille na Oly będą automatycznie "zreusowane", nie tylko te z cooldown 15+ min.

oprocz tego reuse tankow to imo ich podkoksali, skilll na mdef +100%, te zmneijszone w nich krytyki, judgement i tribunal zmniejsza pdef, nie wiem co to za skill 6th sense i cos jeszcze tam bylo, a ty Dev jeszcze narzekasz ;)
Hate i chyba Aura of Hate kosztują teraz 1 mp i mają dodaną opcję OE na zmniejszanie p.def.

W wolnej chwili pododaje ikonki skilli i jeżeli ktoś jest 100% pewien, że jakaś zmiana działa inaczej, to pisać, postaram się edytować... Nie zamierzam tłumaczyć na polski, bo uważam, że nieznajomość angielskiego na średnim poziomie wyklucza możliwość grania w tę grę i QQ jak ktoś sądzi inaczej, albo go na RU Retail :)

To co przede wszystkim:

- Wszystkie sieges w niedzielę (!)

- Wprowadzenie tych Territory Wars (zapowiada się bardzo ciekawie)

- Zmniejszenie o około połowę kosztu craftu S80

- Nowy kontynent z wieloma ciekawymi dodatkami

- Całkowita zmiana mechaniki przez uniezależnienie re-use'a skill od Cast/Atack speedu.

- Wielki boost dla kamaeli i Gladów (ich opcje enchantu skilli) oraz wszystko wskazuje, że nukerzy będą brdzo mocni ze względu na zdjęcie dotychczasowo wymaganych spell forców do skilli z 80 lvl-u. Niemały też dla tanków

- Enchantowanie skilli za 1/10 dotychczasowego expa/SP

- Dużo większa rola OL w stosunku do WC

- W cholerę end game skilli, które prawie każdej profesji dają olbrzymi boost.


Przez nowy przelicznik Evasion w stosunku do celności i możliwości unikania skilli przez high evasion oraz możliwość odpalnia Bss podczas oly, jej dotychczasowy wymiar zostanie zupełnie zmieniony. Wejdą też Oly 3 vs 3, co moze zaciekawić wielu graczy. Więcej nagród z oly tylko spotęguje jej znaczenie.


Zmian jest dużooo więcej, ale tu wg mnie takie naj najważniejsze... Ogólnie imho największe zmiany do C4...

slabe porownanie :p bo "RU"tail wymaga albo dobrej znajomosci rosyjskiego albo przynajmniej sredniej rosyjskiego i angielskiego (gdy uzywam tzw "zangielszczenia klienta") w innym przypadku zglupiejesz i poddasz sie po paru dniach ogladania радзиецкицх пиекныцх литерек  :P

a tak btw to zmiany w finalu sa dosc ciekawe, wiekszy "balans" moze bedzie ;> , zwlaszcza reuse skili na full buff moze skonczy ere spamu f1+f2 +cp potki

jeszcze ncsoft moglby troche od blizza pokopiowac  i poprawic interface (binding action barow  :hu_2_1: ) i zredukowac np ilosc expa potrzebna na 1-70 .... w tym przedziale i tak nic sie nie dzieje a troche by ludziom ulatwilo podczas miliona lat grindu

Hate i chyba Aura of Hate kosztują teraz 1 mp i mają dodaną opcję OE na zmniejszanie p.def.

Enchant bezsensowny - efekt hate to 5 sekund. A to 1 mp - w koncu tankowanie zmierza w dobrym kierunku. Mogliby w zmocnic hate na RBkach i moze wtedy jako tako tank bylby znowu przydatny.
